Delivery Time

Orders are delivered within 2–24 hours.

Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted within two (2) weeks of the purchase date. Items must be:

• Unused, unwashed, and undamaged
• In their original condition
• With all original tags attached

A receipt or order number must be provided for the return to be authorized.

Varsity Headwear Kuwait reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned item does not meet the return policy requirements.

Exchange Policy

For exchanges, please contact us via email us at info@varsityheadwear.com.kw, and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges are only accepted if:

• The purchase was made within two (2) weeks
• The item has not been used, washed, or damaged
• All tags are attached and the item is in its original condition
• A receipt or order number is provided

Varsity Headwear Kuwait reserves the right to deny an exchange if the item does not meet the exchange policy requirements.

Damaged Items

Varsity Headwear Kuwait takes pride in offering high-quality products, and all items are carefully inspected before dispatch.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Please note:

•  Damaged items can only be replaced with the same item and same size, subject to availability
• If the item is unavailable, you are entitled to a full refund
